Build with Prospect, was the General Contractor for owners Laura Mackall and Robert Manley as they had their c.1860’s brownstone retrofitted to an energy efficient Passive House.
The visions and ideas of the owners are reflected in the beautiful designs created by architect, Louis Mackall. Great attention to detail by Build with Prospect, Inc. brought the project to life as they performed and managed the construction of this cozy, energy efficient retrofit.

Prior to the decorating, the clients had their home retrofitted into a super energy efficient Passive House. Prospect Architecture and Build with Prospect performed all of the architectural design and construction for this impressive Passive House retrofit. Now their home is both beautifully decorated and super energy efficient.
